At K9 Brite Bark, we pioneered Non-Anesthetic pet teeth cleaning back in 1996. Our focus has always been the same: safe, gentle, and professional oral hygiene for dogs and cats — without the risks of anesthesia.

We are not veterinarians and we do not diagnose or perform surgery. Instead, we specialize exclusively in non-anesthetic dental cleanings that help pets maintain healthier, brighter smiles.

How Do We Keep the Dogs Still During the Process?

Many clients come in unsure whether their dog will stay still — and we completely understand! The good news is, we’re able to gently calm and successfully complete cleanings more than 99% of the time.

Before we begin, we always take time to build trust and confidence — every pet is unique, so we adjust to what makes them feel safest. Most pups are comfortably swaddled and held on our lap on the floor, while others prefer to sit upright.

Our focus is always on creating a calm, secure, and positive experience from start to polished finish.

Every visit begins with a free consultation, giving you and your pet the chance to meet our team, see the process, and get comfortable before anything begins. This first interaction helps your pet relax and ensures you feel confident in our approach.

Because we use an Ultrasonic Cleaning System rather than traditional hand-scaling, the process is much faster and far more comfortable for pets. There’s little to no pressure on the tooth surface, allowing dogs to relax once they realize it doesn’t hurt.
